Your data is stored on servers located in the United States and Canada. If you access the Service from outside these regions, your data will be transferred to and processed in these countries. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses included in our service providers' data processing agreements to safeguard international transfers from the EU, UK, and other regions with cross-border transfer restrictions.
We retain your personal information for as long as you maintain an account with us. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure authentication. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service uses artificial intelligence services provided by Anthropic to analyze your photographs, transcribe your voice recordings, and generate coaching responses. Data sent to AI providers is processed under contractual terms that prohibit its use for training their models or for purposes unrelated to providing the Service to you.
For residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Virginia (VCDPA), and other US states with privacy laws: you have the rights described in Section 6 above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
For residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland (GDPR/UK GDPR/FADP): we process your personal information based on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.
